How Mystery Shopping Works:
Mystery shopping requires individuals to evaluate the product or service of a certain company without making other people – especially the company’s employees – aware of his or her objective. After testing the product or service, the mystery shopper will then submit his evaluation report. Upon receipt of the report, the company will then reimburse the mystery shopper for his expenses. Bonuses may or may not be added.

How to Succeed in Mystery Shopping:
Education and work experience may not be required but they can certainly help. Having background in finance, for instance, would make more suitable, for instance, for evaluating mortgages or credit cards. Being able to submit well-written reports on time doesn’t hurt either.
